Kid's Ministry

The Ranch
The Ranch is Victory Outreach’s recovery home, a place of hope and transformation for men who are ready for a new life. Through faith-based teaching, mentoring, and a structured environment, lives are restored and families are reunited. At The Ranch, we believe no one is too far gone—there’s always a second chance in Christ.
Women's Ministry

Throughout the year, our Women’s Ministry gathers for special events designed to uplift, encourage, and empower women of all ages. Each event is announced months in advance, giving you plenty of time to prepare and invite a friend. From powerful services to fun, life-giving gatherings, there’s always something meaningful to look forward to.
Worship Arts
Our Worship Arts Ministry is where creativity meets worship. From weekly rehearsals on Thursdays to full-scale productions, we use music and the arts to glorify God and inspire our church. Whether it’s through live worship, dramas, or special seasonal presentations like Easter and Christmas choirs, we bring the message of hope to life in powerful and creative ways.
David's Mighty Men
David’s Mighty Men
This men’s group is built on strength, brotherhood, and faith. Inspired by the warriors who stood by King David, we gather to grow spiritually, encourage one another, and rise to the call of leadership. Meetings happen throughout the year—keep an eye out for announcements and join us when the call goes out.

City Life Groups
City Life Groups
Life change happens in circles, not just in rows. Our City Life Groups meet on different days of the week in homes across the city. They’re built around family, accountability, and real connection. Whether you’re new to faith or growing deeper, this is the place to share life, encourage each other, and strengthen your walk with God.
evangelism
Our church takes a bold and passionate approach to evangelism. Some call it “old school,” but we believe in proclaiming the Gospel loud and clear. From sharing testimonies with a megaphone to inviting people face-to-face, we’re committed to telling the world how Jesus has changed our lives.
Every Friday at 7:00 PM we meet at the church to “hit the streets,” passing out flyers, praying with people, and spreading the good news of Christ. In addition, our women’s ministry leads Code Red, a special outreach dedicated to reaching women caught in prostitution and sharing God’s love with them.
Together, we step outside the walls of the church to bring hope to our city—one soul at a time.
