Additionally, the 90-minute premiere tallied 565,000 total viewers tuning in to meet the new cast of 14 drag queen hopefuls who will fight it out to be crowned \"America's Next Drag Superstar\". The fifth-season premiere night of RuPaul's Drag Race and companion series RuPaul's Drag Race: Untucked delivered over 1.3 million viewers.[15]

Synopsis: In the season five premiere, fourteen new drag queens compete for the title of America's Next Drag Superstar with a prize package including a life time supply of Color Evolution cosmetics, a one of a kind trip courtesy of ALandCHUCK.travel, headline Logo's Drag Race tour featuring Absolut Vodka cocktails perfected, and $100,000. In the mini challenge, they have an \"underwater serving glamor\" photo shoot. In the main challenge, they dumpster dive for materials to create an \"award winning look that screams Hollywood red carpet couture\" to wear on the runway.

Season five premiered in January of 2013, and it produced some of the most popular drag queens to date. Fourteen drag-ilicious ladies were featured, more than any of the seasons prior. It's been seven years since the stars made their big debut, and they've been up to some fabulous adventures.

Penny Tration was the first queen of Drag Race to come in 14th place, as she was the first to be eliminated in season five. Since the show, Penny has been making her own drag wigs, promoting them on her Facebook, and even selling some on eBay.

Vivienne Pinay was accused of \"resting on pretty\" during her time on the show, and she was eliminated fourth. Unlike many other season five queens, Michael Donehoo (Vivienne's real name) no longer performs as a drag queen.

Jade Jolie was eliminated seventh in her season, but that didn't keep her from continuing drag! She appeared in several artists' music videos, including RPDR stars Pandora Boxx and Alaska, as well as Taylor Swift's video, \"You Need To Calm Down,\" where she dressed up as Taylor.

She also released a few singles and has appeared in other artists' music videos. In 2017, she launched an arts and crafts web series called Queen Acres with season six queen Darienne Lake. Winters no longer does drag as of 2020.

Roxxxy Andrews was one of the runners up this season, and she appeared later on season 2 of All Stars, where she came in fourth place. Roxxxy has performed drag at Pulse, a nightclub that became known after the 2016 shooting, and she got a tattoo in honor of the victims a few days after the incident.

On season 3, Mariah, aka Mariah Paris Balenciaga, a.k.a. Mariah Successful, was known for her beauty, grace, and mug 4 dayz! She was eliminated after underperforming in Snatch Game, but now Mariah is back on All Stars 5 to show the world that this versatile ball queen is ready to take the grand prize!

India came into season 3 with over-the-top glam looks but was critiqued for having an under-the-radar personality. She's gone down in herstory for being picked up by another queen during a lip-synch for her life. On All Stars 5, this high-kicking queen is ready to pick up where she left off and remind everyone that drag is not a contact sport!

It's Derrick, B*tch! On season 8, Derrick Barry struggled to show she's more than just a Britney Spears impersonator. Derrick is back on All Stars 5 to prove she is stronger than yesterday! She is ready to display the full spectrum of her drag and snatch her spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.

If you were worried that the coronavirus would come in the way of a new season of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, you have another thing coming, because huh-ney, these queens aren't here to mess around!
